LAWATINO GOLD PROJECT

Phase I reconnaissance sampling at the newly acquired 18,468-hectare Lawatino Gold Project returns grab samples up to 101.5 g/t Au - two high-grade zones identified along the Central Guiana Shear Zone, the same structure driving Founders Metals' Antino Project and Miata Metals' Sela Creek Project.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

18,468-HECTARE CONCESSION - ACQUIRED FEBRUARY 2026

Located in the Lawa region of southeastern Suriname, overlying the Central Guiana Shear Zone (CGSZ) - the same deep-seated regional structure controlling gold mineralization at Founders Metals' adjoining Antino Project and Miata Metals' Sela Creek Project, two of the most active gold exploration projects in Suriname.

PHASE I RECONNAISSANCE PROGRAM

Program comprises reconnaissance geological mapping, soil sampling, trenching, and channel sampling. Designed to define the gold-bearing shear systems - the likely source of alluvial gold being mined on Lawatino - and generate preliminary high-priority drill targets. Integrated with a completed fracture density model generated using the MUD® SAR remote-sensing system, which identified extensive zones of structural complexity along the CGSZ.

101 ZONE & BODOE ZONE - SEPARATED BY ~1.5KM

Two zones of high-grade gold identified in the first batch of 43 assays, of which 11 samples graded above 1 g/t Au. The 101 Zone and Bodoe Zone are separated by approximately 1.5 kilometres in a NW-SE direction, sub-parallel to the CGSZ. The area between the two zones has yet to be sampled. Both zones occur in an area of relatively low fracture density - a pattern consistent with known gold occurrences observed elsewhere in the region.

NEXT STEPS: EXCAVATOR MOBILIZATION & TRENCHING

An excavator will be mobilized onto the Property to expose the extent of gold mineralization at the 101 and Bodoe Zones, and to cut regularly spaced trenches along the 1.5-kilometre trend separating the two zones. Sranan is confident that further high-priority gold showings will be identified across the 18,468-hectare property given the widespread historical alluvial mining.

NEXT STEPS AT LAWATINO

EXCAVATOR MOBILIZATION
Excavator to be deployed to expose the extent of gold mineralization at the 101 Zone and Bodoe Zone
SYSTEMATIC TRENCHING
Regularly spaced trenches to be cut along the 1.5km NW-SE trend separating the 101 and Bodoe Zones
CONTINUED SAMPLING
The area between the two zones has yet to be sampled - additional high-priority showings expected across the 18,468-hectare concession

“In less than a month after mobilizing our geological team, initial sampling has identified two showings of high-grade gold mineralization supporting our view that the Lawatino Property has the potential to host significant gold mineralization... we are confident that Sranan will continue to identify further high priority gold showings.”
